Genesis Concierge appears to just be marketing. You can buy all you want, but good luck getting any after-sales service or getting the company to honor the luxury services they advertise as part of buying a new luxury car. The issue seems to be with the dealer network more than corporate, but my experience is you spend luxury dollars, car is nice, but service needs to be scheduled 3 months out, dealers seem to not care about anything but the sale.
I would not recommend buying a Genesis on the basis of receiving equitable service as compared to other brands at the same price point. This has not been my experience. I will say the new G80 is a nice car, enjoyed driving it when I had it, but I would not consider another Genesis at this time and wish I had given my mother-in-law a different brand car.
Our Lexus experience has always been amazing. Our Audi experience was super impressive. Our BMW experience wasn’t cheap, but they always treated us with great customer service and response. My Genesis experience is not comparable to any of these brands and in my opinion yours won’t be either.
